1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or subscribing to FUTURISE SaaS applications and consulting services, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. SaaS License & Platform Uptime SLA
FUTURISE grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based cloud SaaS license for internal business operations. We commit to a 99.9% service level availability target across multi-region cloud deployments.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
